By engaging That Was Fast for services, you agree to these terms.
We build AI-powered systems (voice receptionist, lead response, auto-proposal) for your business. Delivery target is 5 business days from kickoff. Systems are custom-built on infrastructure you own (your OpenAI account, your phone number, your CRM).
Setup fees are one-time per system built. The monthly retainer is flat regardless of how many systems we build for you. Third-party costs (OpenAI usage, Vapi minutes, etc.) are your responsibility and pass through at cost.
If the system doesn't deliver measurable results in the first 30 days after go-live, we refund the setup fee. You keep the built system.
Cancel the monthly retainer any time after month 3. The systems we built stay with you.
You own the systems, prompts, integrations, and data. We retain the right to reuse general engineering patterns (not your data or business logic).
Services are provided as-is. We're not liable for downtime of third-party services (OpenAI, Vapi, Cal.com, etc.). AI can make mistakes — you're responsible for reviewing high-stakes outputs.
