Contact info: When you book a strategy call via Cal.com, we receive your name and email. When you call our demo number, standard call metadata is captured (phone number, call time, duration).
Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel + Conversions API to understand which marketing channels bring us visitors. These tools may set cookies.
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you engage us for, and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited data with the tools we use to run the business: Cal.com (booking), Vapi (voice AI demo), Google (analytics/ads), Meta (pixel/CAPI), OpenAI/Anthropic (when you're a client, for building your AI systems), Cloudflare (hosting).
